No, it is a bit dry before adding the BBQ sauce and onion, but after the next hour or two on low it coagulates nicely. It never comes out dry. Trick is really to keep it out of the bottom of the pot and away from the grease which tends to get very hot. That's why I place it on top of the other half of the onion at the beginning.

Nice Cougar. I prefer Boston Butt myself because it has more fat and tastes a little bit more juicier than tenderloin.
This place never ceases to amaze me. What happen to your female friend? (Naughty Mama or something like this)

Yeah like I said in the video butt roast or pork shoulder some would call it is perfect if you can eat it fresh. However, it doesn't keep very well. Sometimes I use a butt roast, this is much better for you and the taste doesn't suffer like you would think once you add the sauce and onion and let it sit for a bit.
Naughty Mommy has taken a leave of absence. I keep trying to get her to post but she is too busy being a Mommy. I will try to lure her back.

I miss my smoker I have at my property in the States. I would get some pork butt and smoke it for almost 24 hrs and it is awesome,
Slow cookers are great cause they so seal in the moisture. Never would have thought of pulled pork in a slow cooker. Great video!

I was given a recipe book for southern slow cooking and we use it a lot. We fix it in the morning before work and it's ready when you come back home from work. You can cook all kinds of meats with that.

Brock you are officially the dumbest person on this board. I almost think you have never even had it.
I live in chicago but you lost all credibility when you put up Carsons against BBQ joints like Rendevouz and Oklahoma Joes and Jackstack.
