Fishhead, what do you think of the various high end condo complexes like Turnberry Towers, Sky and Panorama Towers? Do you think they will make good investments?

I love LV (not just because of the books but the numerous other things to do there) and often times contemplated moving to Henderson but always backed out. I think after the Bash I am just continuing West and heading to San Diego to get a place with a few old college buds that currently live out there and get a new job.

Are serious? I wouldn't choose neither of those 2 places over Florida. Yeah I may be bias being and living in Florida, but Chicago or New York wouldn't be in my top 5 of places to live in the States.

You can get a sweet Mansion for $350K. It is a perfect storm for those who want to buy in Vegas right now that make their money from gaming because the town has around 15% unemployment and there are no jobs in the hotel industry because of the depressed economy. A simple search on realtor.com and you will find some really nice houses in a really nice neighborhood. You can also lowball the shit out of people right now because they basically all have to sell. Most real estate experts in Vegas will also tell you will be able to get these deals for the next couple of years as their base economy will be horrible for the the next three years. So, if you are interested in living in Vegas, and want to shop around and lowball people, you can get a 5,000 sq. ft. house with a nice pool for damn cheap.

Thats because u have never left florida. The food in chicago and new york are top 2 in the country. I grew up my whole life seeing Michael Jordan play 20 times a year live. About to take the Stanley Cup. Right on the lake.
Please, you have no idea.

I would certainly pick Tampa over Vegas ( have lived there). Chicago or NY, no way. I want it warm.
