I tried a new BBQ sauce the other day for my ribs, one of the best I have come across in quite some time, will post it below. Also this site has several other sauces that I might give a go this summer.
Say so long to bottled BBQ sauce and hello to amped up homemade Kansas City-style sauce with this step-by-step recipe.
Too big to post but that link takes you right to the KC sauce I made last week that I really enjoyed. There are a lot of other sacues if you just go to the homepage, but that link is the one I tried and really thought they turned out well.

I should note I just used regular brown sugar to substitute for dark brown sugar because its all I had and used Franks Red Hot as my hot sauce, turned out well.

Wow sounds good Ice, I am trying a new sauce today. Always a little touch-and-go with a new sauce.

Just finished some nice steaks. Used lump charcoal for the first time, definitely will use again. Used a little salt, pepper and cinnamon on them before cooking, came out great.
