Going to do indirect on all I have which is a gas grill. I do have some apple and cherry wood chips though and was thinking of smoking them after I get the rub on. My buddy in Iowa uses a smoker. It's awesome. I guess I could do a vid. Check out the deal I got at the meat market today...
