Yes, for once I have to agree with Carseller, that's whole problem with this. Even if your intentions were honorable, that completely skewed the tourney. He had to beat 5 people, one going all in.
It would be immensely unfair at this point. It's not frieds fault and the other players played in good faith. If anything world should have the players for those tourneys dqd, but not others results.

No disrespect to Funny (a really good guy btw) but He should not have played if didn’t quality. Everyone knew the time(s) the tourney was to be played. For Genie to just swap the other guy out was a huge mistake IMO

World should be disqualified from this whole tournament for having 2 players in the 2pm tournament. The only other thing even close to fair is to replay the 2pm (without world included.)

disagree, "good faith" requires equalizing the 2000 pts at the table that shouldn't have been there, and the guy who got them should have done that in "good faith".... since he didn't his team shouldn't get any pts from that trny, and probably should be banned for the rest of the trny (maybe that way central can catch them), or at least get a five trny penalty due to BAD FAITH GAMESMANSHIP AND ANGLESHOOTING (POKER RULE BOOK rules 17.3 (A) 6-9) Originally Posted by thechaoz

I think what you're referring to is a "fair playing field" That ship saiiled when the mistake was made and not corrected. The other actors in the game (not sure about the World guys) acted in good faith to show up and play a fair game from their prospective
