    I'm not assuming anything...

    I'm just looking into the story at all angles is all...

    Very tough to get a guilty verdict and conviction
    on murder in the US without a body as evidence....

    Unless they become paranoid from pressure
    then cave in on one another.....

    The good thing is the more people involved in a murder,

    (in this case 13) the easier it is for interrogators

    ,good cop bad cop coercing them into a temporary

    state of insanity/schizophrenia breakdown in order get the

    TRUTH out (confession) especially if they were

    directly or indirectly involved in Tony's death...

    Another positive outlook for this case is
    13 people trying to stick to the same story because it is
    impossible to remember all of the same lies let alone one...

    How can you remember anything that you never saw or did?.........

    I'm going by US law on all of the above of course...

    What judicial system(s?) will be used on this case?

    The entire story seems bizarre.

    A person goes missing. Can't seem to find him. Reports claim he is dead. But there isn't a body. You'd figure by now.... someone knows something.... but there aren't any leads?
