13 people are in jail, if he was alive, they would snitch were he is to avoid any murder charges... I mean you are assuming he is alive and still kidnapped? or alive and faked his kidnap?

Cause neither of the 2 make sense with 13 people behind bars, being questioned.

I'm just looking into the story at all angles is all...

Very tough to get a guilty verdict and conviction
on murder in the US without a body as evidence....

Unless they become paranoid from pressure
then cave in on one another.....

The good thing is the more people involved in a murder,

(in this case 13) the easier it is for interrogators

,good cop bad cop coercing them into a temporary

state of insanity/schizophrenia breakdown in order get the

TRUTH out (confession) especially if they were

directly or indirectly involved in Tony's death...

Another positive outlook for this case is
13 people trying to stick to the same story because it is
impossible to remember all of the same lies let alone one...

Arrests happened here and in Spain, I think 10 people down here (among them 2 traffic officers) and 3 people in Spain, the alleged mastermind and his immediate family, this has all been CONFIRMED BY MULTIPLE OFFICIAL SOURCES.
