Is there a site that is really good to use for reliable injury reports?

I don't mean ESPN, CBS Sportsline, ETC. I mean one that is more reliable to visit that would post injury reports before game time decisions are made?

I use the teams local news site.. they generally have the info before everyone else.. this really only applies to pro sports though.
