    MLB.com is the worst
What a piece of shit business I've just with. I ordered one month of service in order to watch the Sept/2009 games. They bill me for October as well. I call them and cant get to anyone, so I email them and tell them their auto billing is BS...why would I need this service for Oct when all of the games are televised everywhere and all over the net???
The keep sending me a form email telling me I agreed to the terms so too bad...
I call again and leave a message and a nice girl from the Phillipines calls me back. She is reasonable and tells me she is sorry and she sees my point. She says they will take care of the situation. I get an email from them today.
"You were charged correctly in accordance with the terms you agreed to upon purchase".

I mean how pathetically cheap can a business be?
    1. I didnt want to be auto-charged and I canceled once I made the discovery, around Oct 12. I only wanted to games for September.
    2. I'm a dissatisfied customer even if I am in the wrong. So they are saying F U to a customer who was not satisfied. This is only for 14.95 as well.
    3. Their customer service person tells me they will fix the situation. That sounds like a promise to me that I will get the measly 15 dollars back.

I've emailed them and told them I will write about this on various message boards. They couldnt care less. The only thing that motivates greedy mothers like this to be decent to customers is hitting their wallets. I advise anyone who can live w/o supporting these pos to not give them a dime next season. Sure its only 15 dollars, but to me the way they have blown off my complaint demonstrates an obvious lack of ethics.

That's what happens when you don't read the terms of service when you sign up for something.

Urgetokill (nice user name btw) I couldnt care less about what losers like you and the other idiot who commented have to say about this and I expect certain morons to see it your way. The point of this thread is to dissuade people who know how a business is supposed to function and treat customers, from dealing with mlb.com in the future.

MLB.com is easily the worst service in all sports. They said you could sync radio broadcasts but all season it never worked. Just an awful product, I didn't bother getting it this year.

I am going to buy a car and use it until they make mass transit in the burbs of Detroit. I expect them to make me pay for only the time I used it nothing more. Fukk it, I'm a loyal customer they should listen to me I'm the boss.

You're a jerkoff. Read like originally posted and you won't have issues.

"I had the same exact issue with MLB.com this past season as well. I was aware when i purchased a one month subscription that they would continue to bill me for additional months if I didn't cancel them so the exact day that I bought the one month deal I told them over the phone that I only want one month and want to make sure I'm not billed for any additional months. Sure enough they billed me for the second month and it took them FOUR months to FINALLY send me my money back. It only took about 18 phone calls too.....AWFUL business".

Some other guy online wrote this to me.
