And told they guy to keep the rest as a tip.

75 cents for a 4.25 tab is a 17% tip.

The guy told me no, gave me the 75 cents, and he was really rude about it.

I do notice that those who tip for each beer get the bartender's attention the quickest whenever they go up to the bar to order another drink.

If you want to score chicks at the bar use this strategy. On your first drink at the bar pay with a $100 bill and leave the change as a tip. Make sure you are seen by as many females as possible while you do this. I can guarantee you will go home with a broad when the night is over.

If you're at a bar where beer's are less than $1.50 a piece then a change tip is not out of line. You should have told the guy to fuk himself.
