Buzzy's Big Balls Degenerate Eats Monday Dinner
In a mixing bowl combine, to your likin', ground beef, ground pork, grated onions and/or shallots, crushed garlic, grated potato, 2 eggs, a few crushed crackers, crumbled blue cheese, milk, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and italian seasoning (lots of oregano). Mix together nicely and set in the fridge to marinate for an hour or two. Then form into large palm size patties. Place in a baking dish, add a wee bit of olive oil and gently bake on 375 till golden brown.

In a big skillet, add olive oil, tons of diced tomatoes and a couple grated carrots, a bay leaf or two, and chopped bell peppers. Cook down. If you like lots of garlic flavour, add some crushed garlic (remember you have some in the patties).

Pull the patties from the oven and add em in the sauce. Serve next to your fave mashed taters.

Buzzy, your dinners take too long to prepare.

Wouldn't you rather make something simpler and spend the extra time surfing SBR or whacking off?

Rickay! Actually that recipe is easy as pie. You're just mushing stuff together in a bowl. Tastes incredible on a dank fall day. Very comforting with taters.

Hey, I like that turkey idea, Willay! Thanks for your help with the duplicate.

The whole house smells so damn good right now. Dinner is halfway there. Oh yeah! Got a nice lil pinotnoir to boot.
