Take the fattiest hunk of beef you can find and cube it up. In a big pot with a bit of oil, brown that beef with salt, chili powder, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Then throw sliced onions on top and sweat em. Then ya layer in some sliced carrots, sweat some more. Add some more seasoning. Add a lil mix ah red wine and beef stock to bring the water level up and cook for a few. Now ya pour a mess ah yeller rice on top and turn the heat way down low (cover the pot) and let all that fatty beef cook up into the rice till the rice is cooked to yer likin.' You can throw in peppers too, if that floats your boat.
