Seems like a lot of money being wasted that we could give to tax payers to stimulate the economy or use that to pay for some of the citizens health care.

The term "bomb the moon" is being used by almost everyone. I just did a search for "bomb the moon nasa" and I got almost 6 million pages including articles from:

www.scientificamerican.com
www.telegraph.co.uk
abcnews.go.com
nasawatch.com
www.huffingtonpost.com
www.popularmechanics.com

On and on. They're all using the term "bomb the moon", it's not one writer's opinion.

The moon is covered with craters. They didn't come about in a non-violent way.

The bombing in question is to see if ice crystals are released, according to Mike and Mike in the morning. If so, there once was water on the moon. It's a science thing.

Funny that. Bombs galore on mother earth, but unload on the moon and the whole planet is up in arms.

Maybe they don't realize that wasn't exactly a world flag that was planted in that soil some 40 years ago. American territory.

I think the real bomb was giving Obama the NPP, how the hell can you do that while he has two wars going on at the same time.Not to mention Israel said this week if the nuclear sites in Iran arent dismantled they will bomb them before Christmas, so make that three wars for Obama by the end of the year. My guess is the awards commitee realized that if they dont give it to him now, they will never be able to give it to him.He has peaked popularity wise and there is only one way to go from there, and thats down.
