you can do both, the risk with volume is that you can have streaks which can put you up or down quickly. I find that playing innings was very profitable and you could play 10-20 bets in a single day vs a big chalk money line (lad vs ari, is better to pick the fave to win an inning at + money vs laying a big number to win the game)

clemson over 44 is my play for today

but only focusing in a play a day it also has its charm, i guess it depend on the sport
