I think the choices in week 3 are between Carolina, Denver, Arizona and Baltimore. I went with Denver in most of my pools because they're at home and get the Jets. I try to avoid playing teams on the road in these pools if I can and I try to prey on the weak teams like the Jets, Texans, Jags, and Lions. This week three of those 4 teams are at home with the exception of the Jets so I'm going with Denver in my main pools.

narrowed down to Browns and Denver...my concern with Cleveland is unknown with Fields...but have to think after a poor ending week 1 and poor start week 2 they try to give a complete effort, not many good chances with them for awhile...For Denver I'm having trouble finding a reason not to take outside of Chubb injury

CLV week 11.

As previously stated DEN has tons of FV. Don't want to exhaust them this week but ... Rookie QB, mediocre team at best NYJ, @ DEN , no bargain for an experienced QB. If I spread which my gut tells me to do, I'm looking at TEN (IND QB?), BAL (No FV), CAR (Opp QB?), BUF, and possibly LV (MIA QB issues).

I hate playing road games but there's very little if any FV with BAL so I may use them for one of my picks.

7 games this week with 7 point spread or higher. For me eliminate the road teams which is KC, Titans, TBAY. I've already used TBAY anyway....Titans, GBAY and KC much better opportunities later in season

Debating hard between cinci and buffalo. Buffalo feels like a freebie. Never should get too cute early in the season, but the jags are horrific. Mb best/ only time to use cinci all season

Same cry pool with BAL. Was going to use them for 1 pick of 8 but got off and hoped for DET. Same beat , however my starting entries are 900 ish and BAL would have eliminated quite a few. On the flip side I used LV in place so ..... ??

The ending to the BAL game was epic. One of my best buds had a ML parlay with BAL, but ohh my I'm getting to old for those type of covers. LOL.

Mostly agreeing, but I've got 8 picks out of 900 so I've got some room for error. Will do more work on NYJ but one point of reference is NE. Their QB will be lucky to survive week ?? with OL.

Yeah, one of the biggest challenges is to not let one game (BUF) wipe you out. On the other hand having a winner in hand and having others trying to outsmart can absolutely be +++

I'll probably do most of my entries on Buffalo and a few on Cinci and Tennessee. I was thinking of saving Buffalo for when they're at home vs Jets but that game is in week 18 and Bills could be sitting the starters at that point. That kind of changes my mind a bit on saving them.
