Sam, please don't lose sight of the possible meaningless of week 17/18 games. BUF could run away with the East and who knows what home field may or may not mean. AFC warm weather survivors and heading to BUF who knows? Just a thought.

Had CIN on 2 of my 8 picks. Left them for dead down 14-0 and JAX on the 10 yard line. D had been on the field for a large part of the 1st half and looked listless. Went to bed cursing myself for what I thought was such a poor play.

Woke a winner (small miracle). Headed to buy a scratch ticket and lottery.

yea cincy was a scare for sure last night. Glad I took them and they won. Hard team off the board

Agree. Using them for 1 of my 8. Just watched the 10 min youtube recap and can't imagine them going to 1-3.

TB, NE scare me. NFL has become such an emotional entity. And now with 17 games teams have more room to lose and recover. Keep a close eye on Division races ie. BUFF could be resting in DEC.

I have MIN, DAL, and BAL on my radar as well. Will do more work as the week moves forward. Leaning MIN as DET did everything short of giving CHI a BYE.

Not using BUFF for all my pics and moving on cost me some. I won 2 on CINN and lost 2 on NO. Almost lost 4/8.

Weeks 5 and 6 will lose a lot of people. Week 12 also brutal. Anything after week 12 I am not considering at all.

Starting to look like path of least resistance is targeting the Texans. Of the teams really bad they are the ones who don’t have their future QB already playing and need a top spot for draft.

As I had stated earlier, this is such a crap shoot, as far as saving teams. How does SEA look now for the next 5 weeks or so?

Much as I hate the potential let down TB may be the play as MIA appears awful and unable to take advantage of TB's Def backfield issues.

I think I'm in a little different situation than most of you. I started with 8 $25 picks. The pool is pretty big though with close to 900 entries. I find myself quite often struggling with spreading my picks out and potentially incurring a slow bleed or consolidating and risking losing whatever implied advantage I might have. Of the 900 there are only about 10-20 players who started with 4 or more picks. As a for instance, I lost 2 picks last week with NO (Long story why I didn't only use them once) and had to sweat Cinn for 2. The alternative was to just take the BILLS and have a nice relaxing weekend knowing I'd still have my 8 picks in week 5.

As I've stated before, I've been doing these for some time and the "Let's save team X" for later can sometimes burn you i.e. SEA for the next 5 weeks or so.

Hard to pass on IND, but I don't see DAL not scoring 35+ on NE. Hate road , but this one looks interesting. Watch the weather.
