There was a report on ESPN this morning, citing the Newark Star Ledger, that said, pre grand jury, his attorneys had reached a deal for a 3 month sentence, with him only having to serve 2 months. Burress was sure he could talk his way out of it and rejected the deal, according to the report.

The mistake of all these guys in sports is that they have everything to lose and nothing to gain by hanging around clubs or parties where only bad can happen to you.Look at idiot Michael Phelps and how much money he lost because of his careless associations.He is borderline in my opinion.I know he had mental problems growing up and maybe he needed someone like an older sibling to steer him right.It always just seems like they mention his mom and never his dad? What's so great to find out there at clubs and a-hole attendee jock sniffer parties?All risk and no reward when you attend one as a famous athlete.
