what books should do imo:

offer 100 percent cash matches with lower than normal rollovers right now. allow multiple uses of the bonus as long as the account hits zero. allow bonus up to at least $500. say it is a way to reload before sports make their comeback. use some advertisements thru sbr so marketing money is minimal. maybe send an email blast.

some will be responsible enough to deposit and let it sit.
