Like said books need Cleveland bad. Whole world has been on Cubs since before the season started and books have been taking a big hit these playoffs.

No line because no listed pitcher for Cubs. Have they named one? I'd suspect Arrieta to keep pitchers close to normal rest, then Lester, Hendricks, Lackey. Would set up nicely for Lester, Hendricks Games 6-7 if necessary.

Salazar is out it looks like and Bauer is scheduled for Game 2. Tribe probably going with 3-man rotation of Kluber-Bauer-Tomlin with Kluber getting 3 starts in Games 1-4-7.

I also think Lester opens. I'd guess they keep Arrieta in gm3 like before. Either way I'm sure it's Lester to open, why wouldn't they.
