grilled jalapeño poppers
Fried chicken wings in 4 different sauces
smoking a 5lb pork butt for sandwiches
buffalo chicken dip
Assorted cheeses and crackers
Deer jerky
Elk maple sticks
kimchi queso dip
veggie tray (MmaChicka is making me)

Beverages:
Bloody Mary bar with all the fixings.
Deschutes Mirror Pond Pale Ale on tap.
Fireball for shots.

Can't go wrong with my signature SB app..

Simple stuff mushrooms...

1. Fry up some bacon, crisp and crumble- set aside
2. Clean shrooms, decap and cut up steams and mince
3. Sautee steams in bacon fat
4. Add block of cream cheese to bacon, cook down.
5. Add bacon
6. Fill shroom caps with mixture...
7. Either back and grill shroom until tender.
8. Send my love to mmachicka.

No sh!t.

I did have two jalapeño poppers, smoked pulled pork barbecue sandwich and for Miller lites.

Some people over which I think helped. I was able to stay in gaged in conversation instead of bellying up to the buffet…
