International CureAngelman Day!!!

Cant thank you guys enough for your support and donations!

It truly means so much to our family.

I was able to lose 24lbs in roughly 6 weeks. The first week I dropped a big chunk but then maintained about 3lbs per week for the remaining time. I still plan on dropping about 10 more pounds as I feel really good and think 205 is an ideal weight for me.

I'll have another video tonight playing SBR poker at the Minneapolis Angelman Syndrome event where we light up the 35W bridge blue in recognition of Angelman Syndrome Day.

Uhhhh....the original deal was that you were going to lose 25lbs.

While this is great and all, I'm not into renegotiating after the fact.

Please refund all points to respective posters, as well as any cash monies received.

Just remembered this thread. Have been lifting weights x5 a week and eating healthy since Christmas myself. Down around 22 pounds so far since then including around 3-5 inches off my waist
