Monty is a better coach than Gentry imo. Neither is great, but Gentry has a much longer track record of underachieving while Monty had a short run that was headed in the right direction.

Gentry wasn't any good in Phoenix. He may not be the answer in New Orleans. I think New Orleans problem is they have no veteran leadership. Nobody on thier team has ever been a winner. Thier strength was guard play, but Evans and Holiday want be a factor for the first few months.
