Don`t have a clue about NHL, but NBA and NFL, getting past 5 guys who I would be excited to coach my team would be extremely difficult.
Black, White, Brown..... doesn`t matter. The job is ridiculously insane in how much they have to deal with.

With America being so racist black head coaches don't get a fair shake. The NFL and NBA has a laundry list of white coaches that have been losers their whole coaching career, but they find a job every year. Philly 76ers (white ran organization (gm, president, etc) tanked and lost on pourpse for years. If the key people in charge were black is this tolerated? We all know the answer to this.

What about Chris Palmer, Eric Mangini, Pat Shurmur, Mike Pettine? These sh#tbag white coaches were stinking up Cleveland for years, but nobody seemed to care. Are what about the sh# bag white executives running the Browns organization? The Browns sh#t show is product of these white men signing and drafting horrible players over the years.

He's a phucking fool. You don't talk shit about the other team when you're the coach. You don't say we're going to beat them because I used to be an assistant on their staff -really!

Brad Stevens has the right idea: calling the Sixers a "bear" ...You build your opponent up and knock 'em down. This is fundamental stuff, that any good coach at any level would know. Sounds trite but you do it anyway because it works.
