Fanduel included? Where can I find these stats? I am a breakeven to small loser at fanduel, seems like I am on the cusp of a big win a couple times a week until it falls apart for me. Yes they can. I wrote an MBA paper about 30 pages or so. Each leagues (MLB is toughest, NHL lightest) has slightly different rules but in each of them a player will be banned for gambling on their own sport, and 'penalized' for gambling in general.

Many players have been found to bet on other sports and get a slap on the wrist. No punishments have been handed out yet for players 'playing' fantasy sports or DFS. In fact many pro athletes have openly bet on fantasy.

Last season Wes Welker was mic'd up and heard on national TV on the sidelines telling Peyton who he had on his fantasy team, which included them two plus Demaryius Thomas.

LOL i stream WFAN in NY and they have draft kings commercials literally every single commercial break. And those commercials with the real cool looking average Joe sweating it out at a bar is so stupid.

I've even seen food carts here in NYC with Draft Kings or Fan Duel banners on their cart.
