#36Both goals were headers and they were lucky to score 2 of them. While we're at it, Malmo didn't allow a single goal, nor did Atletico. It might just happen against Borussia, but the odds are very low. Elimination stage is different than group stage, so the comparisons aren't really legit.Comment -

#37No but Juve's history the last few years is, any way you try and slice it Dortmund is a bigger club then Juve is, and very rarely don't they get atleast ONE goal when they play away. And Atletico had no pressure to score at all when they played Juve, only to not allow Juve to do it.
And you even bringing up Malmo in the same sentence really only tells me you have run out of ammo and is scraping the bottom of the barrel. The tempo Dortmund brings to the table is something Juventus haven't experienced in quite a while and definetly something they aren't facing in Seria A.
1 - 2 or 2 - 1 either way.Comment -

#39In recent years, yeah. Juve struggled under Conte and with a more unforgiving group this time around they probably wouldn't have made it past the groupstages again. Historicly as in looking at the last say 20 years then ofc Juventus is the bigger club, but we aren't discussing to place bets on team lineups from the 80's or 90's here are we?Originally posted by RudeboyWait,
Infact Juve is preferably going to need a two goal margin with them (and sure as hell not one allowed against them) For them to not drown when they play @ Westfalenstadion.

#45Look, I'm just not a fan of exposing, what happened in the group stage. You did that and I proved to you, why Juventus-Olympiakos game is irrelevant here. 1 - 2 or 2 - 1 either way.
In my opinion, if there's going to be a room for counterattacks on both sides, mixing it up with some mistakes on defense or referee's bullshyt decisions, then we just might see more than 2.5 goals. If it's going to be a slow paced game, mixing it up with allowing 0 to little mistakes on defense and no bad referee's decisions, then the game will probably have less than 2.5 goals.Comment -

#46Give me examples of games where Dortmund have EVER played that kind of Football, they relish in playing on the counter, and the best way to describe the way they play is probably the word Blitzkrieg, and fact remains that Juventus is nowhere near used to the sort of tempo Dortmund brings to the games.Originally posted by SharkAALook, I'm just not a fan of exposing, what happened in the group stage. And beside all that Juventus can't afford to hang back here, since they'll need atleast two, so it's a very fine balance between them holding their line back to protect while just pushing high enough to still create.
Dortmund are not an easy team to keep to zero, and it's quite evident they are finding form again after the disastrous fall they had. Dortmund have never in their life played slow paced Football, and considering how lethal they are it would be a mistake on Juves part to try and play it like that, Juve wants to win by two so that Dortmund are forced to be the ballcarrying team in the Westfalen fixture while Juve just lay low and press because that's not how Dortmund are used to playing.
And you haven't ''proven'' anything, you saying Olympiakos was ''lucky'' to get not one but TWO headers is borderline retardation if anything and makes you sound like the common tout who cries after the fact about ''luck'' and bullsh!t ref calls. Looking at Juventus Seria A compaign even in the derbys or against lower ranked teams they've had a very hard time keeping teams at bay from scoring on them.
Oh, and please don't bring up Malmo again.Comment -

#50Juve will have to dictate the pace of the game, otherwise they will get 'trucked' by counterattacks from Borussia. They don't stand a chance, if they're going to have to play with a diluted defense.Originally posted by plekzGive me examples of games where Dortmund have EVER played that kind of Football, they relish in playing on the counter, and the best way to describe the way they play is probably the word Blitzkrieg, and fact remains that Juventus is nowhere near used to the sort of tempo Dortmund brings to the games.

About the Olympiakos game: when was the last time this season, that Juve got 2 goals from the headers besides in that game? Don't worry, I'll wait... It's just a rare occasion that happened to them.
And I don't cry about 'luck' or bullshyt referee's decisions, let's get that right. It's just standard variance in soccer. And I can't ignore the fact that these things don't happen, so I have to take them into the account, but I definitely won't bitch about it.Comment -

#51Or they faced a team who in their own league scores alot of goals from headers. Since that's the kind of Football Olympiakos plays, lots of crosses into the box and with several people in their main 11 who are good at headers. Marchishio, Pogba and Vidal can hang Pirlo and Pereyra are the weak links in Juve's midfield (Pogba aswell at times since he tends to press a bit high)Originally posted by SharkAAJuve will have to dictate the pace of the game, otherwise they will get 'trucked' by counterattacks from Borussia. They are also starting Lichsteiner tonight over Caceres which i think is a mistake, and Bonucci and Chielini are gonna have to be flawless to keep Auba,Reus and Kagawa silent. Personally i think Lichsteiner will struggle on his side.Comment -

#56What do you think about City vs Barca? Me personally i believe that it will be an open match with alot of goals because City will not stay on the defence and try to react, but Barca will dominate the possession of the ball like they usually do, and we will have a great match. I expect Aguero and Suarez to score.Comment -

#57Barca will try to dominate the possession in their own half/midfield, avoid losing the ball for most part and control the game like that, scoreless would be a dream for them, but it won't last long. I believe we will see some new defensive & attacking tactics from both teams and Man City to come on top. glOriginally posted by AlexBoomBetWhat do you think about City vs Barca? Originally posted by AlexBoomBetI love Dortmund , i am a big fan , i am watching every game i know everything regarding this team, but betting is another field, you dont bet with the heart. Dortmund will miss alot of key players, and Reus , Augbameyang and Gundogan are not enough infront a brutal defense that Juventus has. 3 wins in a row are not enough for Dortmund, and the last win was with alooot of luck if you saw the game. Pogba and Tevez served by Pirlo from the back will make the difference in this match. Shortly the video will be on up and you can check more stuff and infos there.
Best of luck

#70Because i absolutley ditest Touts, and tout like behavior. Talking about how ''strong'' Juve's defense is and then watching them making mistakes and losing the ball constantly in midfield is laughable. As is talking about 6 plus players possibly being out and using this in your ''capping'' and then come gametime 1 out of the 6 is missing.Originally posted by SharkAANice call on the OVER 2.5, but why do you have to be such a jerk?
If you bang your chest beforehand and talk about how well you ''know'' the team then yeah a piece of pie will probably only do you good. I also think it's very irresponsible on SBR's part having ''cappers'' talking out of their ass on some ''pick show'' considering with 5 minutes of googling you can easily confirm (and it has been known since Klopp picked his squad to travel) that the only one that would be missing out was in fact Bender and Durm.Comment
