The funny thing is Romo's back didn't play OL did it? Was a lot of talk all about rest, etc. but the Eagles pushed around what everyone regards as a good unit. Thats how they controlled that game. If you get Dallas' O off the field consistently, you're going to have a shot to beat them by wearing out a defense that isn't going to carry them.

I just really want to start the burning of the bandwagon with another loss for them. Very few weeks get me this fired up, but living in DFW & listening to dpirtstalk here - makes me want to see the W more than any other week.

Im from dallas too bud and would love nothing more than to c the boys lose. The day before the national championship in basketball last year I ran into romo in the bathroom of bugattis Italian restaurant, I asked him if they would win over 8 games this year, and he told me they were going to the Super Bowl and chuckled after he said it. I've had that in my memory bank since then, would love nothing more than to disregard it after this week

Interesting facts about this game:

1. Cowboys are 4-1 the last 5 times they've played in Philly.

2. Tony Romo leads the NFL in QB rating on the road this season with a rating of 125.0.

3. The Seattle stat has already been mentioned that whoever plays the Seahawks loses the next week. 7 in a row and counting.

Having said all that, I think this will be a much more competitive game this time around. The Cowboys will benefit from having more time to prepare. Eagles win by a score of 38-31. Something like that. And yes, I am a Cowboys fan.

I think they win it even with a loss to the cowboys tomorrow. Dallas will lose to Indy at home and I cant see the giants or redskins beating the eagles.

I don't think Foles lost anything. Sanchez hasn't done anything to wow you. He's been good at running the offense, but no better or worse than Foles IMO.

Eagles are 3-2 in Sanchez's starts, losses to GB & SEA. I have a hard time thinking it would be any different with Foles. They have run the ball better since Foles went out, but that's mostly do to better line health and I think better game planning. Give Sanchez a little plus on that too because I think he "reads" run more than Foles was in the read-option looks.

Sanchez is a FA after the season. Would doubt that his crew won't be shopping him as a starter for a team that needs one. Also doubt that Philly would want him back for anything but another one year deal probably. Foles will be in the last year of his rookie deal. I honestly think Foles will be given a shot to prove himself in 2015 at full health. Have to keep in mind, the kid has only been a starter for most of one season (2013) and part of another.

I think it's short sighted to think that Foles was as good as his #s in 2013 or as poor as his #s in 2014. This year, he had to play behind a line that banged up and I think it led to shitty foot work and bad choices. If you make any sort of assessment based on Foles solely from this past season, then yikes ... pretty sure Master Chip is smarter than that - unless there's behind-the-scenes stuff where they know more about Foles and think that he's just not good enough. Don't see how they would have soured on him that quickly, but it is the NFL.
