Listening to radio in DFW & reading the media picks - Eagles shouldn't even show up. Everything is about how much time Dallas has had off vs. Last time. The irony there is that Packers and Seahawks are not even guaranteed playoff spots yet! Although they both can take care of that themselves by Seattle winning at Arizona and Packers beating Lions at Lambeau.

I think Cowboys are the third best team from that group, my main point was that the real two best teams in the NFC right now are not guaranteed spots.

Only a matter of time til the real Sanchez showed up and Chip's offense got exposed. I could be wrong about this, but I think Chip's hurry up offense will be similar to the read option. Caught the league off guard at first, but teams will adjust and eventually expose its flaws.

Flaws are the turnovers + poor red zone execution/play calling. The offense in design works when executed properly because teams are not used to the speed. They can't be since you don't see it often. The teams who see it twice in the NFC East still have trouble slowing it down. It's a matter whether your personnel is good enough to execute. That's why they may look for yet another QB.

The real problem with it is your own defense. They have to be above average and deep & Philly's is not. Their front seven are good with a good rotation, but their corners suck. To me, if you run this offense then your defense needs to be able to make plays when they're out on the field a long time. Especially your secondary.

If they're going to be successful, I think they have to start drafting in hockey terms on defense - almost have two complete units to swap in & out. at minimum, at least get one solid cover corner. They've been missing that element the last two years.
