Wrong. This is a total story to the common sense community. That's why he was banned from the NBA for life, fined $2.5 million, and is about to lose his team. Kind of a big deal, lol.

Just seems like a clear agenda to me, he wasnt selling his team, someone wants his team, more than likely its Magic, so theyre scheming to get it.

Disagree completely, I think it was a hot topic for everyday people. It's been on the front page of almost every news site every time there is something new in the case. I just think you personally don't want it to be a big issue.

Lmao, he made a pretty a good argument for his dismissal. This is conspiracy talk. Not real world talk.

Thing is for over 20 years Sterling has shown far worse egregious racial behavior, this is a technicality compared to his past. So when Magic becomes part owner of the team what will you say then?

I agree his past stuff is worse, but he settled and his actions had nothing to do with the NBA so it wasn't as big of a story. This audio with all the other evidence on him, plus his weird interview with Cooper is just too much. I don't think there is any conspiracy to it at all and Magic had nothing to do with it. Way too much risk to try something like that. He trusted the wrong hoochie and got caught. I seriously doubt Magic or his team will make any bid for the Clippers. But if he does, I still wouldn't think it was some conspiracy to get Sterling out. Sterling did this to himself, no one else to blame.

"I mean, we're all prejudiced in one way or another. Hopefully the mainstream media doesn't pick it up. The Trayvon crowd will be out and about looking for blood!

This has nothing to do with Cuban being a racist. It has to do with the poor choice of words for a black kid in a hoodie after all the NBA players and a lot of the country supported Trayvon and his hoodie.

Just more about his choice of words, not about if he is racist or not.

He's in a partnership. He signed a partnership agreement. If they follow the partnership rules in booting him then why should anyone including the govt thru the courts intrude on that. I see it just the opposite. He signed the damn contract. As an owner in the association he' gotta follow the rules or suffer the consequences.
Being forced to sell, no matter how much he has gained monetarily as a result, is still a forced relinquishment of an economic interest. They are essentially taking away, by force, his interest in potential future gains that he has a right to.

Now, if he wants to sell, hell yes. Point is that he doesn't and is being forced to. That shit is a serious issue, and it scares me that so many people look at this whole situation and quickly side with Silver as the "right" thing to do. Maybe it's a fear of being lumped in with Sterling as a racist.

This whole racial thing is supposed to be a non-issue by now. It's 2014, and people are more afraid to even have an honest conversation about it now than before.

It's a business man. So if you were a part of a business with multiple partners, and one of those partners was caught making racist comments on Facebook or something and caused people to stop paying for your product you don't think you should be able to kick him out and protect the business?

Cuban clearly defending Sterling's actions in an indirect way. Why would he just spit out stereotypical talk just for the hell of it otherwise? Cuban is the man. People too blind to understand.

That came quick... Cuban apologizes to Martin family. I still can't understand why he chose those words, he has to be smarter than that.

P/1: In hindsight I should have used different examples. I didn't consider the Trayvon Martin family, and I apologize to them for that.

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban apologized to the family of slain South Florida teenager Trayvon Martin for referencing "a black kid in a hoodie" during a controversial, nuanced discussion about prejudices and bigotries.

"I mean, we're all prejudiced in one way or another. If I see a black kid in a hoodie and it's late at night, I'm walking to the other side of the street."

Now regardless of how truthful that statement is, because I'm pretty sure most of us would do the same... why in the world would he even mention that??

Cuban is saying this stuff cause he knows this new Jew commisioner doesn't have a leg to stand on pertaining to firing Sterling. How the hell do u fire a guy for being racist? You can't just dismiss a guy from his company for something he said unless it is his boardroom doing the dismissing. This guy Silver is in over his head with this dumb shit. Cuban will prolly vote for Sterling because he knows this is an awful legal nightmare.

Of course Cuban wasn't talking about Trayvon Martin, but the reference to a black kid in a hoodie will bring a lot of peoples thoughts towards the Trayvon Martin case. Which was apparent by his apology to the Trayvon Martin family. It's not like I'm just making this up, lol.
