Going into MLB, who can you tail with confidence?

Just an opnion...I purposely hang only a unit or two on multiple games to see how effective my analysis is with various systems I have had success with in the past.

I never have much confidence out of the gate and I would be hesitant to follow someone who thinks they have an edge using historical player data....takes time for players to adjust and put out traditional numbers.

A. He will never get odds like that again.
B. There was tremendous value there.

regardless of what you think he is or isnt, he WAS ON A 50 pitch limit, do you not recall that? do you not recall the brewers bullpen? the line was appropriate. you think im trying to pick winners? ive never once said i did that, nobody can. -200 on philly with that pen vs gallardo with that pen and that defense is a steal.

If you understand that pitchers are usually ahead in the beginning of the season, you shouldn't have a problem capping from opening day on...

I wait til a month in before I bet on baseball to let the stats fall into place. I want to see what teams are doing against righties and lefties, on the road and at home, ERAs, etc. It's a stat game so let them develop.

That's probably one of the most ignorant posts I've ever seen. It's called value. Do you know how he hurt his knee? Did you see the game? The guy stayed in the game with a torn ACL. He's not fragile. And where is the upside? How many pitchers have put up these kind of numbers in their first 20 MLB starts, especially on a team that ryan says can't hit or field:
