Again, their hands were tied. Oakland's at home, the better team record-wise during the regular season, and Gray already beat JV in this exact series.

Books have basically said fukk Verlander's reputation, he's not the same guy based on this season. He is proving them wrong big time.

Even though he wasn't quite himself I must say I'm surprised Tigers weren't like -120 to -125 for Games 2 or 5.

I never bet against this A's team @ home during the regular season, but all I see about this line is the books trying to get even distribution, I don't see how the Tigers lose this given the situation. I mean no offense.
