But I think at the end of the year, we will look back and say this line should have been -10. East Carolina went on the road the last two weeks vs. the ACC, and first almost beat Virginia Tech before suffering their only loss of the year 15-10 and then they destroyed North Carolina 55-31 while piling up over 600 yards at Chapel Hill in a game that was not even as close as the score. MTSU is also 1-0 in Conference USA, but they beat a Florida Atlantic team that is making the same transition from the Sun Belt as the Blue Raiders are. MTSU did not look good vs. BYU in non-conference play last week and, while obviously the transitive property isn't always meaningful, they lost at North Carolina 40-20 earlier in the season, the same UNC team ECU just dismantled on the same field.
