If he rules PAPSA unconstiutional, Jersey has said they will have wagering up and running within 60 days.

And once the horse is out of the barn.........

Actually it would first go through the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals but yes, that is certainly a possibility.

I think it's a very strong chance it could head to the Supreme Court Brock. I think your wrong on that. Big bucks on both sides is going to drive that.
