Will the NBA ever exclude offensively-initiated fouls?
Time and time again a player in the paint jumps straight up and gets the benefit, but on the edge a defender jumps straight up on a pump fake then the shooter jumps into him to draw contact and gets the call. Will the NBA ever fix this ridiculous officiating problem?

NBA officials will emphasize the “Reggie Miller rule” going forward, according to The Boston Globe’s Gary Washburn. This rule entails calling offensive fouls on shooters who blatantly kick their legs out in an attempt to initiate contact and thus draw a foul.
