Why are my strong plays worse then my leans?
Check out my BTP for example http://contests.sbrforum.com/beat-pr...-tto827/picks/, I joined late so its a small sample size, but hitting at a 65% clip for -.10 units. I know this is a problem of mine, so I rarely make a "best bet" with real money. But is there any explanation for my strong plays to be less accurate than my leans? Happened with my bets today too, had San Diego -2, Bulls ML, and Butler ML, all winners, my most confident pick was Gonzaga and that crashed and burned. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

TTO, it's the #1 rule in gambling. Emotions can have no place in gambling. When you "Like" a game more than others you become attached to it, when you become attached to it then it becomes human nature to put more "Faith" in that play. You don't want to believe something you feel strongly about can be wrong.

So you gain blind confidence and fail to see the possible downsides and angles. GL Sir.
