Is this just PA or every state that blocks "competing" books at the casino?

Every place I have been to in Pennsylvania and Mountaineer in West Virginia does this I'm pretty sure. For instance, the Live casino in Greensburg (east of Pittsburgh) is considered a "restricted area" for using DraftKings because they have a Fanduel sportsbook in their casino. Mountaineer has Caesar's and you can't use MGM there, at least you couldn't last time I was there.
