The Quisenberry release does not work for pro ball. For him to be successful in the pros--they would have to run the offense they put in for him in Texas. Vince left and Vince right--if anybody comes up to tackle you--you throw a 6 yard dump off pass. If they don't leave the receiver--you run. This works until they break his legs.
This is not abt color--the guy is dumber than a rock. His Wonderlic score was a 6. That is the same score a guy in a coma receives.Comment -

This is the same guy that, as a rookie, pulled up the Titans by the bootstraps last season. He also had a good start this year, but hasn't been the same since his hamstring injury. He's probably playing hurt and can't move as well now. Doesn't matter. Young will win a Superbowl. He's a winner through and through.Comment -

In 06 you'd be a little better with Jason Campbell. This year Young is below replacement level. Tavaris Jackson would be a marginal upgrade. Matt Leinart would be a significant upgrade with his arm and marginal with his feet.Comment -

He's just one of the many Nfl qb's that had an off game, and now everyone think he sucks. Everyone thought the same way about Eli manning several weeks ago too. The fact of the matter is, QB's will be praised one week or booed the next. It's a no win situation for them.
Despite his weird throwing motion, Vince Young still has what it takes to be a great QB in the longterm. You see in the games, and this guy is a hard competitor. The same can't be said for David Carr or Alex smith who were both overall number 1 draft picks. Them two are just awful to watch.Comment -
