If so, thoughts on tomorrow. Leaning Miami, Iowa St, UNC, and maybe Florida. Wouldn't surprise me if UNC upset Kansas tomorrow. Also wouldn't be surprised if Iowa St took out Ohio St. Not sure if I can lay money on Iowa St, that team is too unpredictable for me.Comment

#1963Agreed. The UNC/Kansas and the IowaSt/OhioSt are going to be very similar. Both UNC and Iowa St can pull the upset if they can knock down their perimeter shots and "somewhat" survive on the glass. I do think UNC can spread the court and pull Withey away from the basket and maybe even get him into foul trouble if they drive the ball at him. There is no doubt that UNC and Iowa St are the better offensive teams.Originally posted by No coincidencesI might take UNC as well, but Michigan over Kansas -- I'm licking my chops at that one. #1968CSU/LOU 1H under 63 (2.3U to win 2)

I think Louisville is going to have issues with the Rams' size/rebounding and experience, Speedy. Deng is a beast no doubt, but I think he and Behanan will be neutralized somewhat by CSU's physical play.

Eustachy is an outstanding coach and I think he'll have a gameplan to give the Rams a fighter's chance. I don't think they'll win, mind you, but I'll take the 11.5 and run with it. Louisville is good, but they aren't invincible. They're facing a team with five seniors that rebound like animals and Eustahy's been around the block. CSU runs a crisp motion offense with a lot of sets that's difficult to prepare for on one day's rest, and they don't turn the ball over.Comment

#1969i would love to see someone track these guys for a year...i bet they are a lot closer to 500 then people make them out to be. you all remember the losses but prob dont say a word about the wins.Originally posted by Speedy88No i do not. I never tail or fade someone blindly. Not my style. However, when I saw this guy on VCU and I'm on Michigan, I did add to my play. I was leaning Marquette, and now I'm most likely going to lay off. I don't know McWinsey's record, but he is the only poster on here that is worth paying attention too. I know of the Brock Landers and the Bradley Snyders, but this guy is on an entirely different level. I don't think I've ever seen him win a play.....dead serious.

the fact that you are making lolmcwinsey affect your decisions is mind blowing (and i say this b/c you're clearly not a novice to sports and sports gambling)....Comment

Now does this mean this bet is a "lock"? Of course not. I'm betting against the No. 1 overall seed in the tournament, and the hottest team in the tournament. CSU could very well come out and get buried. As long as they don't get down big early and have to play catch up, though, I think they have a great chance of covering. I just think this is a bad matchup for the Ville.Comment

I guess my only advice is to fade every big play I make. I killed the Michigan game, then just turned around and gave it all back in this one. Oh well -- at least I beat another closer. I've been assured that as long as I keep doing that, the profits will come. It's 97% of the way through the season, and I'm still waiting....Comment

#1984Nice call on the LOU blowout Speedy.

I really should just quit on this college basketball season. Never really felt like I had solid footing at any point, and it's being proven in spades with my inability to get anything going. Watch the games, cap the games, beat the closers, and it's getting me absolutely nowhere. Used to make a killing betting this sport, but I've just lost it somehow.Comment
