Can't believe how much the line dropped on the Clemson-Miami game. I got Clemson at +6.5 about an hour and a half ago, and now they are +4.5.

You beat the closer, which is good news. Beyond that Speedy, it's a crapshoot. Hope the right Clemson team shows up and not the wrong one. They're all over the map year after year.

USC's about as unreliable as they come, but Cal's all over the map too. It's tempting to bite on the Trojans, but to be honest, Pac-12 basketball's a damn rollercoaster ride and every bet is a crapshoot.

Hard to get a read on the Illini because they're such a perimeter-oriented team. Same could be said re: Northwestern though. I do think Groce is a significant upgrade over Weber on the Illini bench.

I had nothing on the game, but I feel awful for any Illinois St fan or anyone who had an Illinois St ticket. I've never seen an ending to a basketball game like that.

Cool your jets, Beer Guy. This man is on a heater compared to how his college b-ball picks started. He's not a cocky player, but he is a pretty good capper. I would say you're being cocky by attempting to come into someone else's thread and lecture them about what they should/shouldn't be saying/doing.

Also, "free money" is a term loosely thrown around regarding any bet that cashes with ease. You'll see it all the time on this site.

I can't keep up the current pace, but it's definitely been a nice change of scenery for the time being. A long season and a ton of games -- much like baseball. Just have to deal with the rough patches and keep plugging away.
