I wasn't kidding when I was thinking, Stephen Curry and Monta Ellis cannot co-exist..both need the ball to create..both are ba rely passable defenders due to their height. But seriously, Stephen Curry played like ass that 4th quarter. Behind the back passes, no look passes when committing yourself in the air. Like seriously! Wake the **** up. Id rather Nate substituted. He looked gassed as well. Some pretty weak passes leading to turnovers. Ugh, oh well, live another day.

NBA 2011-2012 Regular Season 1/23/2012 Recap

              1 - 1 = -0.1x

              NBA 2011-2012 Season

              45 - 37 = +6.65x

Brutal loss with Golden State. Not much more to say. Time for bed to forget about that one. A big time opportunity wasted. Very disappointed. Onto Tuesday.

Good calls last night LTA, didn't get the results you deserved. Went to bed with G.S. handily in the lead feeling pretty good about the night.......just woke up and the coffee ain't as tasty after seeing how G.S. collapsed.....must have been shitty watching it happen. Onwards and upwards bro...up nicely on the season...I feel a nice run coming.

Don't understand these fuggin showboaters. With about 7:00 to play & UP 14 don't know who it was but Golden State player had an easy lay-Up & instead of just laying the ball in he tried some jaw dropping windmill dunk. Of course the ball caromed off the back iron. My team was UP 14 favored by 2 & I was screaming @ the TV saying how that was going to be the turning point & I'm gonna lose this game now. My buddy laughed @ me & told me I was an idiot thinking I was going to lose UP 14 w/ 7:00 to play because of a missed dunk. I said you don't understand I've seen it happen a million times. That will begin the run & the floodgates will open, for some reason that's the way it happens

Pretty sad when you're UP 14 favored by 2 w/ 7:00 to play & you know you're gonna lose because the street ball showboaters rather tomahawk windmill one off the back iron rather than lay it in for the easy two. I hate fuggin showboaters w/ a passion

Just opened at Portland -5½ at 5dimes with the o/u at 188.

                                    Immediately dropped some on Portland.

                                    Edit: -5 right now.

                                      NBA 2011-2012 Regular Season 1/24/2012

                                      Play #1

                                      Grizzlies (+6) 1x (Locked)

No time for a full writeup, but i'm jumping on the +6 at the open. If the grizz lost last night and rested their guys a bit more, this would have been a multiple unit play. The grizz are hot and actually have better overall advanced numbers on both sides of the ball. If you look at the numbers, the grizz are currently the better team quantitatively on both offense and defense. Both teams are in a fatigue spot, so that is a wash. I wish memphis lost yesterday ensuring big support for portland, but they remain the play regardless because of the value. I have this game set at +4 giving us a full 2 points of "value" on the side. Based on the foregoing, I am rolking with the Grizz for 1x. Good luck.

Opened at +6 everywhere but is really starting to drop. Memphis has an advantage according to the ststs anf both teams in fatigue spot. Grizz have played well in the rose garden and that is portland's main advantage. I jumped on the +6 immediately. I predict this one closes at +5 or less. GL

It will probably go back up to 5.5 and then go bsck and forth between that number and 5 all day.

LTA curious to how much you adjust for b2b teams on the defensive side. For example, I initially liked the UNDER for the POR MEM game as both teams are middle of the road in OffEff and True Shooting numbers, but top ten in DefEff. Looking deeper and the other side of it, both teams are top ten in PACE and could play lax on the defensive side while both being b2b. Let me know what you think, thanks.

Guys....just an fyi, I dont have any time during a weekday to answer questions because of work. I'm lucky I can post plays. Therefore, don't be offended if I don't respond. If you have questions, the better time to ask is at night around 10 pm EST or on the weekends. I wish I could respond to everyone, but you have to realize that I post from my phone during the week while working and I just don't have the time for in depth responses.

2nd play coming up now. Good luck

Good luck.

                                                        Play #2

                                                        Cavaliers/Heat over (202.5) 1x (Locked)

I wish I would have locked this one in at the open of 201, but as I was checking the ref assignments, this one started to go up and sits at 203 as I type this on my phone. Both teams play a fast PACE ranked 3rd and 5th in the league. Offensively, the Heat are second in OEFF and 4th in FT/FGA evidencing an efficient offense with players that can get to the line. Cleveland is middle of the pack in those stats but are improving and boast acceptable EFG% and TS% numbers for this play. Regardless, this play will be won or lost on miamis advantage on offense over the cavs weak defense ranked in the bottom 6 of DEFF and OEFG%. Cleveland does have the advantage on the boards, and especially on the offensive boards with an ORB% that is 7th overall, which should provide for some second chance points. Plus, both teams will be motivated based on history and I expect a very fast pace with both teams rested. The refs are brothers, fehr and smith who all have a historical over lean. I have this game set at 206 but it is important to get at least 203 or better because that number is key in nba totals. I would not take this over 204. Based on the foregoing, I am rolling with the over for 1x. Good luck.
