Another lesson learned in my first year betting: I knew Utah would come out strong (Lakers doing it in Utah is a bit of a stretch, at least for the first 6 minutes). I should have waited until the live bet came up a little into the first, instead of hedging before the game. Lost unnecessary juice, hope no one will make the same mistake.

Mac, why the 3rd? I've watched Utah the last 10 games or so and for the most part they've sucked overall and particularly in the 3rd and 2H in a few. Just curious because if you're onto something maybe I'll tail you.

Laker's have been horrible coming out at halftime in like the last 4/5 weeks. Phil Jackson has been highly concerned but it hasn't made a difference. I thought they would have fixed it in LA especially after he put notes in the locker room had subliminal messages, etc., and they still faded in the 3rd. On the other side Utah should be energized with the home crowd and normally plays lights out in the 3rd.

I went 7-3 on the night but got killed on the big play.

Another account went up $305 (I'm not sure how that one won yet)Man that 3rd quarter play did me in. It would have been epic if I'd laid off or if I went with the 4th quarter.
