quick question, i had cha at 10+ and the game was a push..is that considered a win or loss? or do i still play the c bet?

You could, but it's considered the same as a win. At least that's how I understand it.

how can it not matter when you start the system? if you just started it now you have missed out on a ton of units won. if you have a loss now, you'll be negative where as people who started from the beginning of the season are positive.

i have been doing the system since mid jan using 2 pt buys. this was the first time it affected me not buying the 3 pts (i was +9)....i will eat my a/b bet losses and move on. still way up.

No 100% not. Like I said what JM is doing on this charlotte series is ridiculous. I understand what you are saying but at the same time, there is really no difference if you start at week 1 and the series looses or if you start with 1 month left in the season. a series loss early in this sytem can really hurt a banroll if you dont manage your money correctly. Thanking my lucky stars I havent lost all year and my roll is pretty big right now. but if Detroit and Charlotte suck tonite Im bout to drop over 8k

At some point this year I decided to only play B bets. Straight. Perhaps a C bet straight too. All same stakes.

It looks like a wise decision. (I got a push yesterday, btw)

thats good man BOL to you in however you bet. The goal for everyone should be to beat there bookie(S) I happen to use this method b/c i believe it works and it has worked for me in the past. If i loose the 8k tonite so be it. not gonna loose any sleep and i will continue to use the system, its part of the biz. nothing is perfect but if Im ahead at the end of the year i consider the investment a good one

a friend of mine has been doing that as well. great strategy if you play a legit team with no injury concerns etc

There are so many different strategies one can use with this JM system to minimize losses or increase profits.

Using the picks that JM sends out, and the regular 3 point purchases, one money management strategy would be:

Make meaningless bets on Bet A
Increase the bet by 10 fold on Bet B
Double up the bet on Bet C

For example, with a $1,000 bankroll:

Risk $5 on Bet A. [It's meaningless whether you win or loose here]
Risk $50 on Bet B. [Most of the profits should come from here]
Risk $100 on Bet C. [Double up only once, and take your chances]

So, most of profits should come from Bet B. The maximum # of losses will occur on the meaningless Bet A. With the rare Bet C, which is supposed to have the highest winning % of the three bets, if you loose, you only loose one double up, instead of 2 double ups of the regular JM system.

Charlotte is doing really well right now, 55 - 41 at halftime. I wasn't expecting this large of a margin for this game. I thought it would be really close. Hope this C bet goes down as a winner as well

I apologize to Mr. Morrison of writing 2 posts in this thread criticizing the system.

I hit two bet c's today. Charlotte and Detroit. I know Detroit wasnt technically a play b/c of the east vs west 3 consecutive road game system, but it still works on any 3 game road set.

Also put in a huge charlotte and detroit 2 game parlay that hit too. Got paid big today.

With today. YOu have definitely helped me during this tough economy. Best stimulus plan ever. haha

Well I hit 3 C bets tonight. And it is a perfect example of why money management is important. If I had not changed my A bets I would not have had enough to cover 3 C bets in one day. AND, hate to be the bearer of bad news, BUT this system will lose this year. And the fact it has not lost yet it extremely ODD. Last year the system (no filters, just betting 3 road-trip games in a row and buying 3 points) lost 6 times and won 156 times.
