for what it's worth, it's cold, bleak and miserable in brisbane/g'coast right now with the rain closing in this arvo and evening. close your eyes and you could be in melbourne! (sorry to those victorians on the forum).

the new kids on the block are not without a chance tonight, although it's hard to run the form guide over them... and of course, they're keen for their first home win at metricon stadium. (metricon? wasn't that one of my nephew's transformers?)

Eagles just outclassing them in the 2nd quarter. Up by 27. Hope it continues.
I dont think the Suns are without a chance. I think North win though.. I'm just not sure if they cover.

match on the line and crows have been outscored 22-1 in 4th. ugly. i turned it off. new to game and love it, but performances like this are just as awful to watch as bengals or lions in nfl.

I'm glad I wasn't on a total in that game. With the top teams, you can also get huge quarters and scoreless quarters.

Today I'm going to go with Lions TT o/66.5 2x. Looking over the other two games, but not sure I'll play them. Freo/Bombers is a coinflip. I'm leaning Sydney too, but I dunno...

Tough luck on TT for the Lions, Gee. 3 early goals in the fourth quarter...then thought they had a chance. Now Swans can't kick straight or this game would have been over by half.

Sydney miss about 14 set shots and kick 21 points.

Brisbane were terrible, but ended up just being one straight kick away (makes you think of the near misses, even though I didn't deserve that one).

Lets get the over to salvage the day. Going to finish +money on the weekend whatever happens.

I wasn't going to do a thread. It started off with a spreadsheet, but when that was doing well, thought i'd post my plays too. I've never kept a record for AFL before, but its going as well as it has every year. It makes me think AFL is beatable - i.e. 60% is not a pipe dream.

Reading the line helps, and having you around is a massive bonus. Did well in the NRL earlier, posted the play in chat. Looked dead at HT but they scored frequently in the 2nd half.

Over looking decent. Bombers need to start scoring. Line movement suggests they will come back strong in the 2nd half. Let's hope so.

Tough loss. Tough day. Oh well.

I'm still up for the weekend, but gave most of it back yesterday. These things happen.

I've put in a bit of a strange multi today: Miami Heat ML/Collingwood -13.5 paying even money. 1.5x on it. Also Miami -1.5/Collingwood -1.5. Lets get it. I don't really like the pies spread. If you are just playing that game, i like Pies 1-39, but dont trust that with Collingwood. I just can't see them losing. Melbourne overvalued after beating a pathetic bombers team.

I expect I'll have a bet on the Pies too, but we will see how the Heat game turns out.

Should stay away from NBA. just not my game.

Actual AFL play is Collingwood TT o/105.5. 4x. My second biggest play of the year.

Square as fuk, so, hrm. Could ruin my week or make it.
