After closer review, Picantel made sufficient attempts to contact me for the cancellation of his play. He sent both a private message and an inquiry in the Daily Lines thread prior to the game start.
In the future, the best way to avoid any delayed responses is to quote your play in the head-to-head threads and request cancellation directly. With several PM's and questions to sift through, this would be the simplest way of doing things.
The updated records are as follows, both gentlemen have one play remaining although the mandatory # of picks have been met:
