Please correct me if I am wrong, dont the rules state it will start today IF filled, else next tueday?! Doenst say there is an option after march 5th, does it?

I think that Lou is making plans for the likely possibility that we will have more than 128 people, but less than 256 people in this contest. ther are about 170 people in the contest now. If we can get close to the 256 number, we can give the losers with the highest overall scores a 2nd round chance.

This is being run through SBR contests so they can't be that flexible. Contest will start March 5 assuming it fills by then.
