Wouldn't it only be fair if my wager didn't count for yesterday and I got to take an extra day. I made my pick yesterday because I was under the impression that it was the last day of the week. Essentially, I made my pick when I could have had the luxury of the extra day as Checkerboard did.

It only makes sense that you aren't allowed to wager twice on the same event. That is essentially the same thing as wagering 2 units on a game. If that doesn't spell illegal, then I don't know what does.
