    NHL Weekly Handicapping Contest - 11/28


    Entry Fee is only 10 points.

    This contest starts Monday, 11/28/11 and ends Sunday, 12/4/11. You must make a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 24 NHL Plays. Contest includes Money Lines, Totals and Puck Lines. All plays must be rated from 1 to 5, and the rating will be the BASE amount, so you will be playing To Win if odds are "-" and .Risk if odds are "+". Standings will be based on UNITS.

    Note: If there is a tie in units, first tiebreaker will be Winning Percentage, second tiebreaker will be Action Points. If still tied after Action Points, the prizes will be split.

    Point allocation depends on number of entries:

    Members 1-9
    1st: 100%

    Members 10-19
    1st: 60%
    2nd: 25%
    3rd: 15%

    Members 20-49
    1st: 50%
    2nd: 20%
    3rd: 15%
    4th: 10%
    5th: 5%

    Members 50+
    1st: 30%
    2nd: 20%
    3rd: 14%
    4th: 9%
    5th: 7%
    6th: 6%
    7th: 5%
    8th: 4%
    9th: 3%
    10th: 2%

          LT, can you remove max play limit? or make it 30-40? 24 is too low.

            If others agree with Sawyer, please chime in. I won't remove the max but I could raise min/max. And Sawyer, you can always set up your own contest also with higher requirements. Personally, I like 24 since that comes out to 3.5 plays per day and NHL usually has only two full cards per week.

              Yes, but no need to run 2 seperate NHL contests imo. There's approximately 50-60 NHL games every week; it means 100-120 bet every week (Total&Side). Would be nice if we can raise it to 40 or 50 imo. Even if we pick 3-4 games/day, there may be times when we have a large card. What do you think fellas?
