The Daily Racing Form chart states the off time as 7:32. That's as valid as it can get. You can argue the time setting at sbr are of off but by claiming the off time is anything other than 7:32 doesn't hold water.
The final posted wager is absolutely a past post 7:35! Good God how stupid do you think we are.
