Change of venue does not affect SBR Contests regardless of location, time change, with the exception of if the game is to be played outside of the round or the contest end date. In the latter case, your pick would be a "push" and count toward your required picks total.

I think he makes sense. If the game is rescheduled to take place after the contest, that pick doesn't matter.

Correct - if the game is rescheduled to take place after the contest OR round date, the pick is "pushed" and counts toward your required total. We're just saying if the game is rescheduled within the round/contest the original pick will be graded as normal, regardless of subsequent line or venue changes.
