Don't let this happen to you......(contest warning)
When entering a contest here, please be careful to double check all your sportsbook accounts before submitting them, or you could be out a nice chunk of money, like me......Last week I finished in 2nd place in the November college basketball contest, which was to net me $1250 ($250 at 5 different shops). Last Tuesday, BetMania credited my account. Last Wednesday, DSI credited my account. Last Thursday, Intertops credited my account. Last Friday, Betjm credited my account. After not receiving anything from the 5th book over the weekend, I contacted CrazyLou yesterday and told him I was not yet paid by LooseLines.

Well, after a quick investigation, CrazyLou told me the account # that I submitted for LooseLines was off by one number. OK, here's the good part. The supposed wrong account # that I submitted was actually a valid account and that account holder already received and lost my funds. Un-freakin-believable. The only reason I say supposed, is because I can no longer get into the contest account page to see if I did indeed put in the wrong number. The contest is there, but the page where you enter or check your account # is not.

I'm sort of getting off track now........In no way am I implying that someone else made the mistake. I believe CrazyLou 100% when he says that I entered the wrong account #. I just wish I was able to see it with my own eyes, maybe then it would be easier to accept and move on. CrazyLou has since told me that I entered 4 other contests, with LooseLines as a sponsoring book, and my correct account # was entered on all 4 of them. I ALWAYS double and triple check everything I submit, I still can't believe I made such a stupid mistake that cost me $250.

For what it's worth, Loose Lines offered me a matching bonus with a 7X rollover if I deposited $250 but I declined. It just seems to me that nothing was done to try to recover my funds, but no sense in going any further into that. I know that if $250 was suddenly put into my account for no reason, I would be contacting the book to find out why. Mostly because it would be the "right" thing to do, but secondly, because I know I would be responsible for those funds once the book found out about the mistake. It seems as though LooseLines is holding me solely responsible for somebody spending my funds.....The way I look at it, I made an honest mistake, the player who spent my funds did much worse. I lose.

I would like to thank CrazyLou for answering my pm's and investing this so quickly, I just wish there was more time spent on finding a better resolution. This will leave a sour taste in my mouth for a very long time.........By the way, I had a terrible week/weekend and already lost (fairly) my other contest funds........Thanks for reading!

    Oh Yeah, fuk you LL2****.........thief!
