Yeah when does it start?

The first week's lines are released Tuesday, September 6th at 5PM ET.

Once the Prick has his picks in for the week (which will happen no later than Wednesday morning at 9AM ET), players have until Saturday, September 8th at 11AM ET to get in their own picks.

I thought all the "helpful" suggestions given by various posters last year to make it a little more fair than to simply reward those that post/spam the most were going to be taken into account for this year, since changes couldn't be implemented mid-season last year.
